Laser hair removal
Laser Hair Removal and electrolysis are extremely popular treatments for both men and women. It is a more permanent solution as opposed to waxing, shaving, plucking or threading. The results last for years.
Ellipse and Harmony Laser Hair Removal
The ‘Ellipse’ system uses short, safe bursts of intense pulsed light, to remove the unwanted hairs, from all areas of the body in minutes. A gel is applied to the skin prior to treatment to ensure the maximum amount of light enters the skin. The Ellipse applicator is pressed against the skin and a carefully controlled pulse of visible light is released. Melanin converts the light into heat, which travels down the hair and heats the hair matrix, preventing future hair growth.

About Guildford
Guildford (/ˈɡɪlfərd/ (listen))[1] is a large town in Surrey, England, 27 miles (43 km) southwest of London on the A3 trunk road midway between the capital and Portsmouth.[2][3]
The town has a population of about 80,000 and is the seat of the wider Borough of Guildford which had an estimated 146,100 inhabitants in 2015.[4]
Guildford has Saxon roots[5] and historians attribute its location to the existence of a gap in the North Downs where the River Wey was forded by the Harrow Way.[n 1] By AD 978 it was home to an early English Royal Mint.[7] The building of the Wey Navigation and the Basingstoke Canal in the 17th and 18th centuries, respectively, connected Guildford to a network of waterways that aided its prosperity.[6] In the 20th century, the University of Surrey and Guildford Cathedral, an Anglican cathedral, were added.[8]
Electrolysis hair removal
A highly effective treatment for all hair types and hair colours. This treatment is great as a standalone treatment on small areas or in combination with our Laser Hair Removal Treatment. The treatment is carried out by inserting a very small probe charged with a small electrical current, into the hair follicle. The hair is then gently released from the follicle using tweezers, leaving the patient hair free.

FAQ's
Some mild discomfort can be felt during treatment – sometimes compared to an elastic band pinging onto the skin
The pigment in the hair follicle absorbs the energy from the pulsed light, the light energy causes a heat around the hair follicle damaging the hair bulb, so a new hair is unable to grow.
Results can usually be seen after a couple of sessions, but a full course of sessions is needed to see full results
We find results are long lasting, sometimes hormonal changes can affect the hair growth so maintenance sessions are recommended
We recommend one treatment every 6-8 months after completing a course of treatment to maintain the results
The treatment isn’t recommended before going on a sunny holiday due to the skin being temporarily light sensitive after the treatment, meaning the risk of sunburn increases
The Ellipse machine is developed in close cooperation with leading dermatologists and research institutions and is fast and virtually pain free for hair removal treatments.
